Customer Services Department provides assistance to all consumers of the Company as per Vision and Mission statements and to adhere to the requirements of the regulatory body.
There are several Customer Services Centers in different regions of the Company which are responsible to provide immediate solutions to customer problems.
Corporate & Retail Sales Department is also part of Customer Services Department and responsible to promote the sales of the Company and to act as a front end department for all the customers of the Company.
The department negotiates and finalizes gas sales & purchase contracts with the gas producers and consumers.
